The first major milestone in its track record was laid in 1996 when the company successfully ventured into the manufacturing of portable fire extinguishers.

The second milestone was attained in 2001 when the company was awarded the prestigious ISO 9002:1994, Llyod's Register Quality Assurance in recognition of its high manufacturing standard of portable fire extinguishers.

In the same year, the third milestone was achieved when Fire Industry Sdn Bhd was bestowed the coveted ISO 9001:2000 award for Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems - the first fire protection company in Malaysia to receive the honour.
